A Little About Me
Hello! My name is Bailey. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
I aim to provide training that is specific to my client's needs and strive to support healthy movement of the body. I utilize training ranging from weight lifting with progressive overload to high-intensity-interval-training. My programming considers corrective exercise techniques to support overall functional movement.
My passion is to learn about my client's lifestyles and how we can incorporate movement to keep the body going. We each carry the weight of every day life with managing our professions and personal lives. Sometimes that weight can become heavy with no place to release and purge the energy. I am an advocate that training and movement can be the "intentional stress" we place on our bodies. Through consistent movement, we can teach our bodies how to respond and be ready for whatever we need them to be ready for. I dove into fitness as a way to climb out of a very challenging time in my life and have developed a passion for re-wiring the mind-body connections that our bodies create.
Aside from being a trainer, I am also a mental health advocate, a community organizer, an educator, a student, a poet, a San Francisco native, and a person who believes consistency will show up more than motivation will.

Bailey makes it a priority to check on you weekly to see how you’re adjusting with the workouts, and she makes sure that you are able to do the exercises to the best of your ability. Also, she is willing to make any adjustments to your personalized program if anything might be too difficult.
